Power Distribution Services Ghana Limited (PDS) has formally acknowledged the ruling delivered by the London-based arbitration tribunal in its long-running dispute with the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG).
In a statement released on Wednesday, PDS said it respects the integrity of the arbitration process and confirmed that its legal team is examining the full decision to determine the appropriate next steps.

Despite the ongoing dispute, PDS expressed pride in the role it played during its tenure managing the national electricity distribution system. The company highlighted key operational and systems improvements implemented as part of its management efforts.
